This place is fine if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room. Shower’s cramped. Cable is almost nonexistent. You can hear every noise from the hallway in your room. The facility is a solid C. The staff is lovely. Very accommodating. A+

Everything is fine, you can’t expect it like a 5 star hotel while paying a 3 star hotel price. Some of the springs on One of the bed are broken, I needed to sleep on the left size of the bed.

Cozy and convenient

Good and convenient location. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated. The shower sink and toilet were very very close together. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. Walls are thin so you can sometimes hear your neighbor and the people walking around upstairs. Check in/out was quick and easy. You also have the option to rent their bikes but require cash on you. As long as you don’t mind some sound at night and tight spaces this place is okay.

No Overnight Attendant

Stairs were steep but that wasn’t a problem. Rooms were tight which is expected but we had a fire alarm go off at 5am and nobody is on site overnight so the alarm didn’t get checked until 7am so all the guests just stood outside the entire time… No staff onsite made it difficult to call a cab since we don’t speak Dutch and if we needed anything, nobody was there. Also, we were on the 4th floor and when you open the window, there is 1 bar holding you in. You can easily slip under or fall over that bar and that’s not safe. Besides that, typical European room.

The photos of the room did not match reality. The room was furnished with beat up furniture. The walls had not been painted in many years. Trim was missing on the door frame. Old carpeting. Just generally not much care to the quality of the rooms here at all which is unfortunate because it is so expensive. The best thing about the hotel was the lift so that you don’t break your neck on the super steep staircase. The staff was nice enough and they offer a convenient breakfast. Would not recommend.

This is not a 3 star hotel 2 star would be generous. Longer walk from train station when raining. Noise from construction and loud banging sounds each morning from staff. Good for a night or two if saving money is key.

A sweet little hotel tucked right off easy access to many popular destinations. Beds were narrower than typical “American” twin sized, but plenty long. Small issues with key cards and wifi, but front desk staff were very helpful in sorting things out.
