The property was amazing. The breakfast buffet had great selections for food and drinks. Their room service was quick and made figuring out dinner plans on my last night seamless. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I brought the wrong power adapter and they were able to provide one for me to rent and really helped me figure out how to get around. I can’t imagine my stay without their help

This hotel has an excellent location if you are going on a cruise, walking distance to the terminal. But it seemed very understaffed - no help with bags, long waits, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jakarta. The only thing that occurred that was super strange was we checked in and went up to our room to relax. Approximately 30-40 minutes later we heard a strange noise and realized it was coming from the phone in the room. The front desk person started to ask us if everything seemed ok in the room. We did not lift the receiver of the phone because she was speaking over an intercom through the phone. It seemed very creepy that she could hear us and talk to us without using the receiver. Could anyone just begin to listen to us at anytime? We unplugged the phone and left it unplugged.

Stunning hotel with excellent amenities and dining. Bus stop right across the street that can have you to central station in 5 minutes. Front desk staff are excellent. Cleaning staff are friendly and efficient. Dining room staff could be more attentive. They tend to leave customers waiting for their food and drinks; never consistent.

The hotel was slightly out of the city but was easy to get into by public transport or walking. Room was very quiet and bed huge! We slept very well. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. Staff were all friendly. The skybar was nice to go to for a drink one evening. My husband used the pool and steam room and said they were immaculate and very relaxing. Few things i would change: A switch to dim the automatic toilet at night. It comes on full and blinds you! The floor in the shower can become slippy so be extra careful. My husband nearly fell a couple of times. Also the shower is clear glass with no door. This was fine with my husband but if you are travelling with friends there isn't any privacy! All in all a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel with very clean spacious room. Great breakfast and dinner was excellent. Quick tram ride to city centre or 25 minutes walk. Shame sauna was naked , not really my vibe! Otherwise an excellent stay would highly recommend.
