Friendly staff. We arrived prior to check in and they were willing to hold our bags, but found out our room was ready and we could bring them up. We stayed in the wellness room and the tub, shower, and sauna worked and clean directions were provided. We had a great stay.

Liked that it was close to public transportation and many food and shopping choices. The room was clean and comfortable, with cheerful wallpaper in the hallways. Can be improved: Add shelves in the shower and bathroom and a mirror outside the bathroom (that is not in the back of the closet). A/C was noisy. It was difficult to fill in the kettle from the bathroom faucet! I wish they provided a water bottle for this purpose.

The weekends are quite noisy until 2 or 3am. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. The area is central to the tourist attractions and the Centraal train station.

Pros: Excellent central location; Great breakfasts; Friendly/helpful staff; Clean rooms / Comfortable beds. Cons: Our ground-level suite's sink didn't drain properly, and the shower's water always flooded into the bedroom area. The room was so dimly lit that it was difficult to complete any daily tasks.

The room was spatious with comfortable beds. We were surprised that only glasses were provided for in room coffee. Bar staff were helpful in providing ice cubes for in room drinks. When our fridge didn't work, we were offered a staff fridge to keep our foods cool.

Happy visit

It was close to all the amenities and made walking easier. Metro, tram so nearby. Hidden treasure. Had a gel mattress which I don’t like. Like to sleep on top of a mattress. Did have a quality sleep though. Liked the sons, never used it but good idea. The shower was so refreshing!

We had a great stay, location is very convenient for day trips from central station and walkable to the main attractions, public transport is around the corner. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when back in Amsterdam.

Great location, comfortable hotel, heat problem

Great location, helpful front desk staff and hotel staff in general. My only difficulty was with the heat. The heat sometimes worked sometimes didn't work. I reported this problem but when the person came to look at it the heat was working. If i am coming in from a cold rainy day I prefer to be able to reliably warm my room.

Stayed at Inntel during the Kings Day celebration. Prices were high for both Saturday and Sunday. Excellent location for walking to all major attractions as well as dining options. Room was clean and fairly quiet considering the party that was happening outside. Enjoyed our stay.
