Great location and staff responsive to our air conditioner malfunction. Stairs quite steep so make sure you can carry your luggage. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

It was a good location but I was en easy without having other escape routes than the front door. When I emailed about it, they answered " Didn't you see the exit sign?" For a case of fire incident, there would be only front door to get out . We coukd not survive with it. Even a fire extinguisher at the second floor was missing!!!

There was no water in the whole room for more than 10 hours. When I contacted the staff they didn't have anyone available and told me to go check the main supply and to check if other rooms were also out of water. by that time I was already in the airport.

The property ticked literally all boxes. Although they didn't provide housekeeping during my stay, as a soli traveller I had anough tea/coffee for my 3 night stay, and I could use the second set of towels. The condition of the property is superb, located is stunning. Can't recommend enough. Will defo consider when in Amsterdam next time.

Perfect for small couples seeking anonymity

Very clean and functional, this place seemed to be aimed at people looking for rooms by the hour rather than night. Totally anonymous and soulless, the very steep flights of stairs would make any significant luggage a challenge to bring. However poor sound insulation might deter all but the most exhibitionist couples. Two people of average size would struggle to fit. Although small myself, I had to work out an unusual diagonal seating arrangement to use the toilet. Impossible to understand how this place has such a high rating
