Almost don’t want to give it 5 stars out of fear it will be full next time I am in Amsterdam, it’s that great! This is a wonderful, unique and ideally located boutique hotel that is a pure delight. The staff is wonderful, friendly, incredibly nice and helpful. Lots of little touches, like nibbling cookies by the 24 hour coffee, a shelf full of guides on Amsterdam, a little packet of treats on checkout, and so much more. Numerous little local cafes within a block or two in a quiet residential section just minutes from Dam Square.

Great location. 15 minute bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal and the staff was kind and welcoming. The room and bathroom is small but provides everything you need for your stay. We were able to sleep with the window open without it being noisy. Walking distance to the city center, but it's surrounded by places to eat, drink, and shop. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. There are thoughtful touches all throughout the space. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't recommend it enough.
