Very close to Central station and all Amsterdam has to offer. Jesse on the front desk is amazing and a supermarket is not too far away for supplies. Breakfast was great. Happy to recommend the hotel for a base camp when in Amsterdam.

Our room (double and a single) was on the 5th floor. It gave us a good view of the area. The room was clean and comfortable, but the washroom was enclosed in frosted glass so there was limited privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The treats, water, and coffee in the lobby was a plus. The area was busy, but it felt safe and was both walkable and close to public transit.

left card on door to clean room returned to find card back in my room but room not cleaned then given 2 complementary drinks card on requesting drinks in afternoon was embarrassed to be told that the free drinks offered for their lack of service could only be redeemed before 3PM NO CUSTOMER SEVICE AND I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN
