The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine backsplash & custom cabinets—dining room with seating for 4 with additional seating at the granite countertop bar. The family room has a Sectional Sofa with a sleeper sofa. 47' LCD TV. Hi-Speed wireless Internet. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer, dryer for guest use, and a half bath.

The bedrooms are on the second floor—one Cal-King master bedroom with en-suite and a children's room with a full-over-full bunk bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedrooms have upgraded carpet, and the rest of the home has laminate hardwood floors. All bedrooms have 43-inch TVs. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

There are strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for your infant and toddler. The home has central air and heat. There is a BBQ grill with a patio set on the back patio. This community has several pools and a children's playground and is about a 5-minute walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way.

This house SLEEPS 6 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 7 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 1. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.
