The complex was built in the 1970's and is slowly undergoing exterior renovation.

Great property close to Disneyland

This property was perfect for our family (7) stay in Anaheim to visit Disneyland and California Adventureland! The property fit all of our needs, and the host even had a foot massager which was enjoyed by all after long days of walking at the parks! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Disneyland! The decor was also duper “Disney” cute!

Perfect for a family Disney trip

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Lots of space and close to Disneyland... and it was comfortable also! The beds and couches were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Even though we didn't prepare meals there, it would have been easy to do so. There were enough bathrooms for everyone without anyone fighting and the outdoor space was really peaceful. We could even see the fireworks from Disneyland from the patio! We would definitely choose this rental to stay at again.

Wish upon a Star

Treated grandkids and their parents to 3 days at Disneyland Resort. Found this property across from the resort and decided to rent it. The availability of a condo with full kitchen and bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests was too good to pass up. The flexibility of preparing meals versus buying was a key selling point as was the location. The amenities afforded by the complex were top notch. Kids enjoyed the playground and the kiddie pool. Host was very good at communicating with us and was available if any issues arose. She kept us informed from the day we signed the rental agreement up to and including the day of departure. We will definitely consider this property for any future visits to the Anaheim area.

Such a great location and property. Everything you could want for a location in so cal close to Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too bad. Our kids adored the bunk beds. It was a very easy check in process and the host was always available and answered all of our questions. The property was clean and a short distance to the park! First, I wanted to say that the host was super accommodating when we had to alter our dates. I know we were lucky that the place was available, but a less honest person may have just told us we were out of luck and kept our money We have stayed in several different townhouses near Disneyland over the years. This one was by far the best for us. It definitely was the most spacious and best equipped. Lots of pots and pans, lots of towels, extra sheets, etc. We will definitely stay in this townhouse again in the future

Perfect For Family

My family of 6 (4 kids ages 6 - 12) loved this place. Lots of space, clean and functional. A very short easy walk to the Disney parking shuttle. Host was very responsive to messages. We did not use the pool, but only due to lack of time in our busy schedule. Would 100% stay again.
