We offer this charming 40 m² apartment for rent in Ancelle, on the ground floor of the villa with ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wifi, we're waiting for you!

The south-southwest-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Exterior:
- A private garden of around 800 m² facing South, South-West, very sunny with furniture (rustic wooden table, benches for 6 people, parasol, gas barbecue, grill and plancha, garden furniture, outdoor games) to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Ancelle, 1 km from the village, in very pleasant, wooded and quiet surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Winter: winter sports, dog sledding, hiking, cross-country skiing and ski touring, skating rink, etc.

Joli appartement fonctionnel et décoré avec goût et beaux matériaux . Rien ne manque!

3 nuits dans ce lotissement calme où nous occupions l'appartement situé en RDC d'un chalet avec jardin. Malheureusement l'accès a celui ne se fait pas directement par l'intérieur du logement mais la déco du lieu, les équipements et la gentillesse du propriétaire vous font vite oublier cet inconvénient

Un séjour de rêve !

Appartement conforme à la description de l'annonce. Très lumineux, spacieux même pour 40m², d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé (il y a même des petits appareils électroménagers en plus). En ce qui concerne l'extérieur, tout y est, même un hamac et quel plaisir de pouvoir se prélasser en admirant les montagnes autour. Pour finir, les propriétaires François et Fély sont des hôtes très sympathiques et toujours à l'écoute. Nous y avons passé presque 3 semaines et avons hâte d'y retourner ! A très bientôt !
