Old and very run down. Florescent lights, grimy carpet kind of place. Loose, short curtains didn’t come close to blocking out summer nighttime sunlight. But staff was nice, it’s convenient to the airport, and bed was comfortable.

For the price we paid this is a below average hotel. Run down, not modern, and below average as far as amenities. Not sure what the deal is with Anchorage but we stayed here because of the expensively priced hotels and for sure didn’t get what we paid for in comparison to other cities we have stayed in.

Way overpriced at 289 a night. No sink or bathtub stoppers, just open drains. Pillows were so hard and thick my neck hurt all night. No liner or lid on the ice bucket. Breakfast was poor, Tang instead of OJ. No decaf coffee. AC blew air but did not cool the room.

The one thing I didn't like was that the breakfast was over too early. After an exhausting day we got up and went to breakfast but it was already put away. It ended at 9:00 AM. I liked that they stored our fish in their freezer until we needed to go to the airport even though we were a few hours after checkout. That customer service will get me coming back.

Property is very run down, it also seems to be connected To a homeless shelter. Had broken items in our room and the bathtub was gross. Luckily we only stayed there for one quick Night due to a cancelled flight. The only highlight was the staff at the front desk were all very nice and helpful.
