Room was freezing ubmnit blowing ice cold air , called front desk said they were restsrting boiler, would be heat in 20 min, asked for a maint person to come anyway and make sure it was on heat and not ac waited 2 hrs no maintenance no heat.

Staff helpful. Room clean. They do offer a shuttle service for the airport in an suv. Clean vehicle. At the time of my stay I attempted to use the laundry, and I was not able to due to half of the property was occupied by homeless.
