We loved the cabin with its beautiful windows and the cozy quilts. Nice comfy couches and a good location in easy reach of all the Girdwood attractions. Our only challenge was the confusion with their process. I was asked to submit my ID and credit card on a separate website despite using a prepaid platform (Expedia). It was concerning and not really explained by the hosts. Plenty of auto drafted messages explaining their process but I never felt like I had a person who I was talking to. Despite that it’s a well thought out set up. The loft mattresses are good- the bedroom one is very soft and was tough on the back. As far as budget stays go- it’s a good value.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I don’t like writing bad reviews. But this time I will. We waited 45 minutes to get in because none of the codes worked. Yard was way overgrown. None of the screen doors latched. Old coffee and coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker. Pine needles throughout the house. Sheets in back bedroom were icky. Bathroom was NASTY! I had to clean it before we could use it. (Urine over everything) House was in bad shape. It was like walking on a roller coaster. The expansive deck was completely warped and was not safe. They don’t even remove bagged trash for you. Instead we were told to take it to some dump place. So they would not be on my “return to” list.
