Marie est une hôtesse fantastique. La maison, bien qu‘ un peu bruyant dedans, est située calme mais proche du centre d‘Andernos. Le Wifi, les meubles, la cuisine, la plancha, le barbeque la piscine - tout parfait. Les vacances étaient formidables.

Trois jours dans une maison familiale au calme

L’accueil par Marie José fut simple et efficace. Notre hôte a présenté les singularités et points forts de la maison histoire de s’y sentir comme chez soi. Sa situation dans un quartier calme à 15 20mn a pied du front de bassin et centre commercial est idéale. L’équipement de la maison est complet, sa décoration et son petit air de toujours habitée font son charme, son jardin autour de la piscine et son parc à l’arrière soignés incitent à s'y relaxer. Aux alentours les sorties à vélo, en bateau sur le bassin, à pied sur la dune du Pilat et la dégustation d'huitres sont de très agréales moments. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour de 4 jours

Maison très agréable et assez grande pour 12, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle. Elle est située près des pistes cyclables, du centre bourg et du bassin. C'est facile d'y faire des achats alimentaires et autres. L'hôte très accueillante et à l’écoute à toutes questions et demandes. La piscine a plu à tout le monde. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end de détente en famille

Tolle Lage, Klimaanlage nicht überall

Das Haus liegt perfekt an der Bucht von Arcachon. Bäcker, Intermarché und Hafen sind in 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Plancha, Backofen und auch andere Dinge waren leider nicht sauber. Was es auch zu beachten gilt: Klimaanlage gibt es nur in der ersten Etage. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es keine. Das steht leider nicht im deutschen Beschreibungstext. Die Kommunikation mit Marie geht nur auf Französisch. Trotz der Kritikpunkte war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Atlantikküste ist knapp 20 Minuten weg mit einem fantastischem Strand.

Villa met heel veel potentieel maar verbeterpuntjes

De lokatie is fantastisch, het zwembad, het terras en de tuinaanleg krijgen een volle 5 op 5, maar de villa heeft wat kleine verbeterpunten nodig, zoals stopcontacten die niet goed vast zitten, geen muggegazen in de kamers, afgebladerde plastic tafel op het terras, vaatwas die lekte, en één kamer die niet mocht worden gebruikt vermits de bedden de kinderen niet meer konden dragen. Indien de eigenaar slechts een aantal dagen aan bovenstaande punten zou spenderen, én dit met een minimale financiële kost, zou dit een fantastische vakantievilla kunnen blijven.

Résidence très bien située et hôte à l'écoute de nos demandes. Le seul bémol, c'est une location avec couchage pour 10 adultes et non 12 adultes car un couchage au sol.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Toplage

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in Marie‘s Haus. Es ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und bietet alles was man für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub braucht. (Geschirrspülmaschine, Grill, Waschmaschine, etc.) Sogar Mal-Sachen und Spiele für die Kinder. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, man ist aber zu Fuß in 20 Minuten im Zentrum oder am Hafen. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, aber auch der hinter dem Haus liegende Garten bietet viel Fläche zum Toben, Yoga machen oder Boule spielen. Marie ist sehr nett und hat immer schnell geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hatten. Es wäre noch toll, wenn die Informationen zum Haus zusätzlich in Englisch vorliegen würden.

Très bon séjour au calme

Mes amis et moi avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Marie-José. Située dans un quartier très calme, elle est parfaitement équipée avec une très grande cuisine où rien ne manquait ! Avons fortement apprécié l'extérieur avant de la maison avec la grande terrasse au bord de la piscine. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire.
