This spacious retreat is nestled on the shores of beautiful Broadway Lake in Anderson, SC.
The home features 3 bedrooms, a full basement with entertainment options, full size dock and steps to enter the lake. The main level includes a spacious living room with a large screen smart tv. Walk out the patio doors to relax on the deck, grill a steak and enjoy the view. The main floor also features one king bed room with a walk in shower, large smart tv and a walk in closet. Have your coffee in bed with a stunning view of the lake. The queen bedroom also features a lake view and ample closet space. The twin bed room shares a bathroom with the queen bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Downstairs you will find the kids’ play room stocked with fun activities to keep little ones entertained. The downstairs also features a full-size pool table, classic record player with a curated vinyl collection, and plenty of space to unwind.
Outdoors is where the fun really begins! Enjoy fishing and swimming from our full size dock. Two kayaks are provided for the more adventurous.

Serenity is a beautifully updated lakefront home with thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed watching football downstairs while playing pool. We even had time to kayak. Thank you Ben and Sally for sharing your home with us.
