The property is good but the team and management is very greedy and non co-operative. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 4 nights. I told Sayoni and Heena at check in that I will stay one day less, and they said it was ok but when I checked out they said it’s a third party booking so we can’t change. I wrote to hotels.com and they said they had informed the property over email and no one was picking their phone. I have all the emails and chat proof. Will never stay again. Rm 621 check your records.
