This property felt unsafe as the smoke detectors were missing and the carbon monoxide detector appeared inoperable. There was a detached outlet in the bedroom that had blackened. Then there were the not so great things: A water heater that led to 5 minutes of hot water, box springs (not mattresses) on the bunk bed which was sitting on the floor. Directions from the mamagement company conflicted with communication from the owner. Not sure where to take out trash as there was no can outside. Trailer was clearly 50 years old with the wall above the bedroom door not reaching ceiling and many issues just covered with paint. This place was the worst I have ever seen in a VRBO. The smore supplies and bottled water were thoughtful.

We didn’t have WiFi & the hot water turned cold to fast , my opinion is it needs a bigger hot water tank, But we enjoyed the country setting
