Had a nice stay. Everything was ready for us and the property managers were very responsive. We had a problem with the water heater and within an hour someone came to fix it. Great location, just minutes from the local grocery store, gear rental shop and ski lifts. Would highly recommend.

Long weekend condo stay
A mixed bag- when we arrived, the condo smelled like cigarette smoke. I opened all the windows and called the rental company. Very friendly conversation but no action was taken. I realized we could either air out and stay or cause a fuss. I decided to stay and simply report it for the next round of folks. The condo itself was an interesting mix of updated, comfort and old mess. The kitchen was roomy with new appliances. The bar stools are too short so when sitting at bar, my chin was the level of the bar! The bar came to my husbands upper chest and and he is 6'1". The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and spacious. The lounge chair was dirty and stained so we put a sheet over it in order to feel comfortable sitting there. Likewise the carpet should be replaced. The closets were messy and not useful for hanging clothes or storing bags. This seems like a simple fix- just tidy them up and remove unnecessary items! The porch is small but a comfortable space to sit outside for a bit. However, the screen door is very old, warped and needs replacing. Another easy fix. To sum up, we had a lovely weekend in Angel Fire and surrounding area. The condo could have been nicer with the cost of the owner's fees, etc.. included in the final invoice. I would not recommend this place until improvements are made.

Cutest condo
Great location close to management company and ski rentals. On the shuttle line during busy season. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer was a big help.
