Its location makes it an ideal starting point for fully experiencing the region. In less than thirty minutes, you can reach the sparkling waters of Lake Bourget for swimming or water sports, or Annecy, whose cobbled streets and romantic canals charm visitors year-round. History buffs and lovers of beautiful stone buildings will be captivated by Montrottier Castle and the spectacular Fier Gorges, while nature lovers will find privileged access to hiking trails and alpine panoramas.
