Superior staff!

All of the staff is super nice. I don’t speak Portuguese, so they had to work a little harder. I had to work a couple days, but the WiFi was great upstairs and downstairs. I was able to do Teams video meetings. They have a good breakfast and afternoon tea.

Hotel Pousada Aquarela is an underrated gem. Although the steep hill to reach the hotel made arrival challenging (initially no luggage help), staff went above and beyond throughout our visit, especially assisting with luggage upon departure. The accommodations were clean, modest, and charming, matched by genuinely exceptional service. Highly recommended for a memorable, comfortable stay.

Ótima acomodação e principalmente a receptividade. Fomos recebidas por toalhinhas geladas e um suco natural, que fizeram total diferença. Só sentimos falta de uma tv com canais melhores, era muito limitado. Mas fora isso, tudo perfeito, principalmente o café da manhã.
