A classic, but needs to be completely renovated

This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels.

Over-priced and underwhelming.

Perhaps by Goan standards this place is good, but despite its picture-postcard setting, I think it’s over-priced and lacking basic facilities. My room was lacking some obvious amenities including a fridge, bath mat, hair dryer, tissues, phone. All pretty standard for a “3+ star” hotel, even in India, no? Towels supplied aren’t of good quality and have ‘marks’ meaning they don’t look clean even if they have been washed. Bed linen and table cloths had holes and dirty marks too. Poor tea and coffee making facilities - well actually they don’t supply coffee. Tea and sugar in a dirty bowl. In my room the kettle was located nowhere near a socket so I had to place the kettle on the floor. Like most rooms mine had a large (CRT) television with a terrible analogue reception. Some of the “lux” rooms have flat screen televisions. Overall I’d believe there is a LOT this “hotel” or “resort” can do to improve. It is WAY too expensive compared for what it offers. From what I can gather, accommodation options in Goa are expensive. You have to pay a lot if you want something nice, as the cheaper options are not very pleasant at all. Sadly a lot of the best places book up early, so whilst there are lots of unpleasant cheaper options, like me, you may end up here because it’s the best of what remains. It’s not awful, but should be a lot better. Management really need to improve things! Summary: Over-priced and underwhelming.

Hotel d'atmosfera

Non e' un hotel tradizionale ma un family hotel, una antica casa di famiglia rimodernata con molto buon gusto. Ovunque pezzi d'antiquariato e un'atmosfera molto quieta e rilassata. E' in buona posizione per la spiaggia di Anjuna, per le altre spiaggie va noleggiato uno scooter. Tutte le persone che vi abbiamo conosciuto erano soddisfatte, noi abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di qualche giornata.

Ok hotell,men ingen luksus.

Hyggelig og hjelpsom stab. Rommet var stort og fint med møbler i portugisisk kolonistil,men det luktet sterkt mugg. Jeg trodde det ville gi seg etter å ha luftet,men lukten satte seg i alle klær. Rommet lå på bakkeplan og opplevdes som mørkt og innestengt. Frokosten var en stor skuffelse og man måtte også vente lenge på servering. Beliggenheten var bra, med gåavstand til Anjuna beach.
