The Hotel with there amenities was wonderful. After my review for the reception, the hotel was very concerned. And call me immediately to take care of the concern. I was very happy with the results. This is a very well located hotel, there is a big shopping mall next to it, affordable, convenient, value for money, breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. There are some areas in the hotel, including rooms that seems outdated, modernisin them will make this hotel a truly 5 stars hotel.

I told the reception I didn' get any uograde, and his excuse is no room available which I knew is lying. I can my floor is almost empty. I told them the air conditioning in my room is not working, they didn't even apologize and aiad they will find someone to fix, but no body even check before thw time we left.
