Otele ilk gittiğimizde odanın özelliklerini okuyup okumadığımız soruldu. Klimasız oda olduğunu ve bir ücret karşılığında odada bulunan klimayı aktif hale getireceklerini söylediler. Otele girişte zaten böyle bir şeyle karşılaşınca diğer şeyler de ardına geldi. İlk kez ekonomik odada kalmadık. Kaldığımız her otelde klima terlik ve ikramlık çay su bulunuyordu. Ayrıca bir ücret ödemedik. Fakat bu otelin Odasının sıcaklığını geçtim hijyen açışından terlik dahi yoktu. Tek iyi tarafı Oda temizdi fakat ayakkabılarımızla gezdik. İkramlık çay su koyulmasa bile odaya bunları koyulsaydı çıkışta ücretini de verebilirdik. 2. Sınıf muameleydi resmen. Otel çalışanı bir hanımefendinin üslubu haricinde diğerlerinin üslubu da güzel değildi. Tercih eder miyim bir daha . Lüks daireyi seçenlere sormak lazım :)

temiz bir otel

yeni kurulmakta ve hala yapılanmakta olmasına rağmen gayet temiz bir otel ve umarım temizlik ve titizlik anlamında böyle de devam ederler. ben gayet memnun kalarak ayrıldım.

Otelin yatmak dışında bize salladığı hiçbir fayda yoktur , bir de sıcak su. Klimasız odalar var. İçeriye ikram su bile koymuyolar. Buzdolabı soğutmuyordu. Klimasız odaydı. Artı özellikleri konumu çok güzeldi. Mekanlara yakın ve nezih bir yerdi. Bir daha kalmam ama. Küçük suyu 40 tl’ye alıyorsun. Girişteki beyfendi iyiydi, yardımseverdi.

Rezil oldum.

Seçtiğim odada klima bulunmasına rağmen aldığım paketin klimasız olduğu bahanesiyle yaz günü klima kullanamadım. Seçtiğim yatak çift kişilik olmasına rağmen iki ayrı tekli yatak verildi. İtiraz ettiği de itekleyin, birleşir, öyle yarın denildi. Odada sadece 2 kapalı bardak su vardı ve oda servisi yoktu. Su almak için tekrar resepsiyona gittiğimde tanesi 40 TL küçük suyu sattılar. Resepsiyonda ne dediği anlaşılmayan ve anlamayan genç bir arkadaş vardı. Tüm taleplerimize extra parasını vermeyi teklif etmemize rağmen klimamızı açmayıp, odamıza su servisi yapmadı. Dayanamayıp odadan erken (saat 02:30) çıkış yaptık. Gidip başka bir yerde konakladık.

oda pisti toz alinmamisti belli ki ustunkoru yerler silinmis onceki misafirden kalan kirli terliklerde yatagin altina itilmis orada unutulmustu. banyodaki musluk damlatiyordu, tamir ettirmek yerine kamufle etmek icin çöpü tam damlatan borunun altina koymuslardi. e kullanmak icin çöpü cekip muslugu açınca su ayaklarınıza damlıyor ve sıçrıyordu. şampuanlıklara el sabunu doldurulmustu aşırı kalitesizdi. şampuan değildi. resepsiyondaki kadın herkesle her an kavga edecek üsluptaydı gelen kuryeyle bile kavga etti hatta. odalar yeterince temizlenmediği gibi koridorları temizleyen kadın da pijamasıyla ve çıplak ayakla koridoru süpürüyordu garip bir görüntü vardı. atmosfer de bu yüzden hoş değil.

Fiyat performans açısından gayet başarılı

İstanbul dönüşü Ankara’da konaklamaya karar verdiğimiz için bu tesisi seçtik. Konum olarak merkezde güzel bir yerdeydi. Odaya girişte problem yaşadık. Oda yenilenmiş, ferah ve temizdi ancak çöp kutusu yoktu, buzdolabı çalışmıyordu, kirli çamaşır poşeti yoktu. Kahvaltı seçeneği olmasını isterdim. Genel olarak fiyat performans açısından memnun kaldık.

ilk kaldığımızda çok memnun kalmıştık fakat aynı fiyat olmasından ötürü rezervasyonu yanlış yapmışım otele geldiğimizde ise bu konuda hiç yardımcı olmadılar 1 personel vardı ve muhattap olabilceğimiz başka kimse yoktu hiç yardımcı olmaya niyetli değiller aksine uygulama yardımcı olmak istese bile personel değil
