I booked the room based on the location. The reviews were mixed. Location is great, free delicious breakfast. The room is not comfortable however. Could be cleaner, AC don't work. The room smelled like cigarettes and there was old sushis in the fridge.

Great Job Bloom Hotel ❤️😊

Room was super clean, nice and very warm while it was freezing cold outside, staff were super friendly and very helpful. Location is super super great few steps from Kizilay downtown. Porter at the hotel was very helpful Regarding breakfast I wish it was better with more options on the buffet

It was horrible no air conditioning in the room I was sweating most of the time , uncomfortable, it was dirty most of the time no one cleans anything. No bath room towels or toilet papers . The refrigerator isn’t working. No Station or anything to do some hot coffee or tea . When I call the recipients to ask for towels or toilet papers no one understands English at all.

It is very bad, no air_conditioner in the rooms, no fan. It was so hot like in sauna, the furniture is bad,not clean, it is very bad experience to book in this worse hotel, I do not advise anybody to try it.

Repairs..

The hotel was in repair works. That means some noise. The cleanliness was OK. WiFi has some problems. I paid by internet, despite of this, the reception employees ask for payment at check-out. AT least they don't insist.
