I will say the space was nice, but the room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The floors were dirty, as shown on the bottom of our feet. The only other complaint was trying to get in to the property with your bags. Having a dedicated space in front of the building to unload, and/or, at least, having a luggage cart to help with getting your bags to your room would have been very appreciated.

This is a perfect location and much better than a hotel for those who want to avoid eating out every meal. Small things keep it from being excellent, like a lack of a bath rug or hooks for towels; a lack of hand towels and sponges in the kitchen. Not deal breakers, but inconveniences.

Ok, so I learned my lesson. The 100% digital check in process is something I’ll never do again. We had so many issues with getting our access code on time, and getting an access code that worked. This left us waiting outside of the building for like 20 minutes trying to get in touch with the staff to help us get in. It was bad. Otherwise the hotel is fine and in a great location on campus.

The downtown Ann Arbor are was amazing. The A2 Exhibit was just beautiful easy instructions and everything was extremely clean and everything you can think of was provided.
