After checking in, we went to our room to discover that they were bugs in the hotel room on the floor around the windows and in the kitchen. And upon checkout, one of the employees “accidentally” changed my room rate without explanation and was going to charge me while over $75 the rate in which I booked four months prior. Then I wasn’t given a receipt upon checkout and when I was told a manager was going to call me back, they never did. I had to call them in which they said they would change my rate back, but I had to complain again about the bugs in the room because there was no further comments or explanation on what they would do to accommodate the inconvenience. This has been a very poor experience for me and my family and we are considering not coming back to this hotel again.

Room was good, staff at breakfast great,but we had a room nearby to a room hosting a loud party up to 3am people, singing, screaming, opening and clossing doors. A terrible night, i was not able to sleep. I wish security has been more aware and acted sooner.😪😪

I had reserved a room with a bathtub, and there was only a shower. On the plus side, there is a free garage, and the room is huge. Cable on TV was lack8ng, but not a bad room for a short stay. Breakfast was good.

Very clean, comfortable. Nice to have kitchenette with plates, bowls, cups, and a table to eat at. Staff was quite courteous. Only complaint, not a large selection of TV channels, and odd that a couple of the channels were not HD.
