Sheraton was a good stay. Room was clean and everything easy to setup. Dante the Manager was awesome!!! He assisted with our heater (we didn't know how to operate it😂). Thank you! It’s also close to the Briarwood Mall. It’s a bit of a walk if you are using public transit but doable!

I prepaid for my room through Hotels.com. Nonetheless, the hotel charged the full price to the card they took for "incidentals." I now have to spend time trying to resolve this with Hotels.com and Sheraton. The facility itself was good, but being charged for a room I have already paid for is unacceptable and a waste of my time correcting the hotel's mistake.
