Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and TV. The open concept living, dining and kitchen are accompanied by wall to wall sliding doors to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor space. Bay Happy is perfectly located with walkable attractions such as Rod and Reel Pier, Bean Point Beach, The Anna Maria City Pier, and Pine Avenue. Guests are able to access the Free Anna Maria Island Trolley at The Anna Maria City Pier. The trolley provides transportation throughout the entire island.

The house is amazing. Clean and new and very functional. The pool was great. The only thing was there are rocks by the ladder and behind he house on the beach so it severely limited any “ beach “ time.
