Welcome to Southern Belle Beach House located just steps away from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Southern Belle is an elevated beach home with a patio surrounded by tropical landscaping where you can enjoy the outdoor shower, picnic table and Weber grill, as well as the heated pool located under the main floor. For a day at the beach, we have provided a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella.
Inside the home located on the main floor you will find that the fully equipped kitchen has bar seating as well as a dining table for 8 and is open to the spacious living area. You can access the porch area through the sliding doors in the living area. Also located on the main floor is the half bath and laundry room, as well as the master suite with a king bed complete with 600 thread count prima cotton wrinkle free sheets.
Upstairs you will find the 2 other bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with 2 twins and both have a private bathroom. Linens, towels and beach towels are included in the home.
Lizzie Lu's Island Retreat is a full-service property manager on Anna Maria Island to ensure our guests enjoy some of the nicest, well stocked homes on the island. For an additional charge, we offer GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible. While vacationing on Anna Maria Island, please adhere to our local rules and regulations for our residential community which are included in our homes as well as our arrival information.

My daughter and my brother's family joined me for a short stay at this VRBO. Wow! We were all so impressed. This home is beautiful!!! Love the decor. Rooms were so clean and spacious. Kids absolutely loved the pool. Literally a few houses from a gorgeous beach. Kids found shells and sand dollars. We rented golf carts and enjoyed exploring the island.
HIGHLY recommend this home!

Perfect Beach House
This is the perfect beach house! Our family stayed here for a week in June and we didn't want to leave. This Lizzy Lu property is just a few houses away from the beach and is located on a quiet residential street. This house is exactly as it is photographed in the listing. It is EXTREMLY clean, well decorated, and full of thoughtful touches. The welcome bag has a few starter essentials (shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent/dryer sheet, coffee, a few cute drink Koozies, etc.). The kitchen has plenty of the basics plus a few extra nice touches such as Tupperware and kid plates/bowls/cups/cutlery. Speaking of kids, in the twin bedroom they have a step stool which was very helpful for my little one to reach the sink. Another nice touch is the motion sensing under cabinet lights (by the floor) that would come on when you went into the bathrooms or kitchen at night. Also, in the on suite bathrooms they provided black make-up wash clothes for your face. Oh and the water pressure in the showers was fantastic! All 6 of us loved staying in this house. It came with beach chairs, towels, and a beach wagon. We rented a GEM car from Lizzy Lu and it was a fun way to drive around the island. Ben and the rest of the Lizzy Lu team were easy to reach if we needed anything. For example, the ice maker did not work properly and they quickly brought us a counter ice maker and offered to have it fixed the next day. Great house, great rental company, we can't wait to return one day.
