Welcome to Blue Palm, your next vibrant home-away-from-home here in Anna Maria. Constructed in 2016 by luxury builders Mason Martin and featured in HGTV Magazine, this stylish abode sits just one block from the sugar-white sand and rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico, so beach days will be easy to come by. Ample restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well on Pine Avenue, yet you may find it hard to leave your own sliver of paradise in the backyard boasting a private sparkling pool, lush tropical foliage providing natural privacy, a jetted hot tub, and ample outdoor seating for all to enjoy.

Inside, this gem is anything but a kitschy beach shack, as the interior is absolutely filled with high-end finishes, adorable decor, fun pops of color, unique wallpaper, vaulted ceilings, and loads of natural light through expansive windows. Mealtimes are always the best part of a vacation, and the chef of the group will have free reign to prepare any recipe with ease in the full kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers, and modern cookware. Plus, the open layout of the main level will make for easy conversation and entertainment with balcony access, an accommodating dining table, and a lovely living room with a flatscreen TV.

Fantastic location!! Easy walk to the beach and near great restaurants and shops!! The lay out of the home was nice and bedrooms were cozy. The pool and spa were great as well as we had one colder day so the spa was nice to have. only complaint I had was the pans were quite older and the stove didnt heat up them up well. Ohter than that, GREAT HOME

This was our second time staying at this property. The location is amazing and our first stay was top notch. Our second stay the house was NOT clean when we arrived. I ended up purchasing cleaning products and spending time cleaning my first couple hours there. I messaged them and they sent someone out the next day but NEVER even apologized for the inconvenience. Fantastic Place

This house is absolutely gorgeous. So well decorated and the location is out of this world. It's in the HEART of the island with lots of shops and restaurants (and the beach!) within walking distance. The realty company that manages the property is first class. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit and it was much appreciated.

Dream vacation!

We had an amazing time at this property. The pictures don’t do it justice - you need to see this place for yourself! Everything was exactly as described or shown in the listing— it is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was very clean and they had everything you could possibly need. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool floats/toys that were available and we were very appreciative of the beach chairs. We will be back!

Romantic Getaway

The house we chose, Blue Palm, had the perfect layout for a small group/couple! The pool was beautiful, the home was spacious, the electronics in the kitchen were updated and in just a couple of short days we were in love! We have a couple suggestions to the owner: the washing machine needs to be replaced, the drawer that pulls out for loading detergent is broken and last night it leaked as soon as I started a load of laundry. Also, the house was not generally “clean”. There food wrappers under beds, acrylic nails broken off by a woman who had stay the before in the couch cushions, the closets were really messy and the floors were sandy upon arrival. I cleaned as much as I could so we could leave it in better shape than when we arrived! Thank you for sharing your cozy and dreamy home with us!

Great pool area for lounging!

We recently stayed at the Blue Palm and really enjoyed ourselves. The check-in process was extremely smooth; just received the code on my app and we were in. The home was located just a short walk to the beach and to ice cream, which was a huge hit for the kiddos. The rental did not come equipped with any baby gear, but there is a local rental place that was extremely convenient and they delivered. The home was clean and ready for use. My only qualm was the amount of little things broken or needing repairing, ex: gate on the stairs, dishwasher, outdoor speakers- but most of these items I reported and got working for the next guests. The maintenance team was very responsive and friendly though! We hired a private chef to cook us dinner and the kitchen accommodated greatly. A few days in we discovered a bathroom, fridge, beach toy closet and out door shower downstairs off if the pool area which was a great surprise! Wish there was a welcome guide that explained the amenities of the home so we could’ve used these features immediately. The pool area was very private and super fun, between the hot tub, lounge pad and swings we entertained down there a lot. We would definitely return to the Blue Palm!
