Very spacious home, The dock on the canal was a nice bonus - provided a launch point for our kayak rentals and a sunny spot for late afternoon cocktails. Location was great with a short 3 minute walk to the bay, 10 minute walk to Pine Avenue or Bean Point Beach on the gulf.

The house was spacious with an amazing pool.The property is a short walk to the beach, fishing, and shops. We enjoyed all the amenities it has to offer. I highly recommend this property. The house was pretty clean. I have a high standard when it comes to having a clean house. The only thing that needed better cleaning was the floor. Upon arrival, the floor still had sand in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. I don’t think the floor has been mopped for quite sometime either. There was also an issue with your trash pick up day. Your instructions to have trash out on Monday morning was incorrect. It’s Tuesday morning. I recommend modifying your instructions in the email and binder. Thank you for your beautiful house.

We were getting married at the sandbar down the street and wanted to be close to the restaurant. Property was just the right distance to everything. All our family were close too. Property was pretty clean. There were a few AC vents that were dirty but overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay during your time on Anna Maria Island!

This house is close to everything! We were initially concerned about the air conditioner not working properly, but once the house cooled down to the preferred temperature it was a comfortable stay. It was warm in the loft, but luckily we didn’t need that space.

... and close to the bay. We were hoping to put in our kayaks and paddle boards off the dock into the lagoons, but unfortunately, the dock isn't set up for that. other than that, we really enjoyed the pool and the big, open kitchen.

This property was perfect for our trip. We stayed a month and this house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood and being on the canal for fishing, kayaking or bird watching. The house is exactly as described in the listing. The screen room and pool are lovely and the pool heater worked well. We bought kayaks to use during our stay but just one thing to note, you can rent/bring kayaks, but there is no ladder or platform, so you can't really get into/out of your kayak unless the tide is in. This property was great!

location is great, could use some updates here and there, some new pots and pans. ice maker doesn't work in refrigerator. rental agency makes you keep the air at 74 and house gets stuffy at night. hard to sleep in a warm house. I recommend this property , if the air could be turned down would get 5 stars.
