Newly updated to become your favorite place to stay on the Island, Lakeview Cottage boasts a private heated pool and spa, along with newly redesigned outdoor areas so you can dine al fresco, recline in the chaise with a good book, float in the pool with the kids, or relax in the heated spa at the end of the day. There's even a new hot-and-cold outdoor shower, enclosed for privacy.

Enjoy the large screened porch, where cooling breezes make it a wonderful spot to relax. A laundry room and half-bath are tucked away to the side, accessible from the outdoor shower.

Inside you'll find an open living space, and vaulted ceilings where sunroom with TV, dining area, and kitchen, merge for optimal comfort and convenience. The updated Kitchen and island seating offers a great place for gathering. A wine fridge also can be used for water bottles and other drinks, allowing more room in the main Fridge.

Down the hall, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, with a flat-panel TV in the first bedroom.

Of course, the best part of this terrific cottage is its location. With Pine Avenue and the village of Anna Maria just one block to the south, you can walk to everything, from the gorgeous Gulf beaches to the historic Anna Maria City Pier and everything in between. Pine Avenue offers restaurants, shopping, the community theater, historic Roser Church, and the Anna Maria Historical Society Museum. If you want to explore the Island, catch the free Island Trolley at the end of the street.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for each additional week booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
