Welcome to The Laguna Beach, your private beach house located a quick walk to the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

Delight in the ease of island living with all the comforts of home and all the fun of a vacation home. The main living level on the second floor includes the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, and the beautiful large screened in lanai overlooking the pool.

The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest room with a queen bed and a guest room with two twin beds share the hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool and spa highlight the fenced yard which includes an outdoor shower with a privacy enclosure, pool loungers, patio dining table for four and a gas grill. Guests will love the six-hole putt-putt course, shuffle board table, corn hole, and foosball games. The backyard features artificial turf for an extra level of comfort.

The Laguna Beach is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and less than a block to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Great little place with terrific amenities and location to beach and "downtown" Anna Maria. The wagon was useful every morning bringing our stuff the short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were greatly appreciated. We had 5 people across the 3 rooms, everyone was comfortable. 5 minute walk to sunrise and sunset, can't beat it!

Had all we needed for the week for a family with four little kids. Was close walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool and the outside activities. Also loved that there was a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry throughout our week stay.

Love the house!

The house was amazing as well as the pool area and hot tub. We had so much fun having competitions with putting, foosball, and shuffleboard as well as cornhole. I would have liked more silverware, plates and beach towels. Seemed like we were doing laundry every night and even through the day to make sure towels were dry and we had enough plates for dinner and storage for leftovers. But we would come back in a heart beat. Perfect house and pool area!

Excellent Location

Really enjoyed our recent stay. The house is located within an easy walking distance to the beach and many of the shops and restaurants, but just far enough to be quiet and private. Once we arrived and parked, we barely used our car again. We enjoyed walking wherever we wanted to go. The house was very clean with a fun mix of beach and boho decor. It is an elevated house, so be prepared to carry all your gear up the stairs to enter. The pool is located on the front of the house which was great for our winter stay. It was warm and sunny for most of the day which was a great escape from our snowy home. There are plenty of outdoor activities from a small mini golf course to fooseball and a shuffleboard table. The main living area is open and spacious. We would have liked some curtains or blinds on the windows though. It did look like the windows had recently been replaced, probably from hurricane damage, so maybe they are still planned. Compared to some of the homes in the area, this one might be considered smaller but it had plenty of space for us as a couple and would definitely be just fine for a family with children as well. The management staff were friendly and very accommodating. They made sure we were well informed about everything we needed to know about our stay and that they were available if we needed any assistance during our stay.

Immaculate and fun home away from home at AMI!

What a lovely place to spend Thanksgiving break with our family of five! From the moment we walked in, we knew we'd be in for a wonderful trip! The Laguna Beach is an extremely clean and modern home with everything that is needed. The communication was fantastic and we LOVED the open-air game room along with the pool and hot tub! The perfect place to escape the gloomy-Ohio late fall days. The home is in a perfect location...super close to beach and all the shops and restaurants. We loved it and hope to come back again! Thank you!!

A very beautiful house, there are games for childrens, the pool was excellent and it was convenient for the children that it was covered. The location is very convenient. Very close to walk to the beach at sunrises and sunsets. The house is clean and has all the necessary things. Thank you for the pleasant vacation that this house gave us.

Great SB spot for family fun

House was great - lots of fun activities right at home - pool with a hoop, hot tub, cornhole, foosball, shuffleboard. Our four boys loved it! The proximity to the beach and several restaurants and shoppes was great. Most everything is walkable or a short golf cart ride away. House was a little dated but was well appointed with kitchenware and almost everything we needed. House came with a wagon, some sand toys, beach chairs and an umbrella. The chairs were worn down but functional. Wished the house had better window coverings - there are none on the main level beside in the bedrooms. Hot tub control labels were worn so was tricky controlling. More beach towels (and bath towels) would have been nice. Other than those minor things, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

This place was a gem. Great location to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the pier. Lots to do right at the house. We appreciated having all the games and the pool. The place is immaculate. Great layout. It was super quiet, comfortable, and felt like home. You can't go wrong staying here.

This house is beautiful, location is wonderful so close to beach, shops, restaurants. I had 3 teenage boys with me who loved the pool, putt putt, corn hole and games. We had an issue with the dishwasher and someone came within 1-2 hrs and fixed it (and this was a holiday period) which was amazing. Plenty of towels for showers and beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. My only complaints would be that there weren’t any large coffee mugs, just some lovely espresso sized cups. adding 1-2 to the kitchen would be a nice addition for caffeine addicts like myself who drink a tub each morning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great spot!

My family had a wonderful time at this house! The pool and hot tub were a total hit. Great location to many places, we used the beach supplies provided. Also, we utilized the discount for a golf cart rental for the week! Only thing was I couldn’t find a broom, to help tidy up during our stay. Other than that 5/5 stars! I know people mentioned the door alarm, that wasn’t an issue once we figured out the button situation. :)

Perfect getaway

This home was the perfect spot for my teenage kids and I for the week. It was a convenient walk or bike ride away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and still felt very private. Loved the entertaining space outside. The house was clean and had everything we neededv for the week. The manager was quick to respond to an AC issue we had during our stay. Would definitely return on our next trip to Anna Maria.

Great location and wonderful vacation home!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria and we booked not really knowing much about the island. Turns out this house was in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was helped us get around easily. The house was very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The yard games added some fun as well! We will definitely make this a repeat vacation!

Amazing Beach House

This beach house was absolutely everything we were looking for in a place to stay on Anna Maria Island. The entire property was gorgeous, we felt like we were at an island resort. The pool and hot tub were resort style and the property was so private due to the landscape of the fence with bushes. We went in January and the pool and hot tub were so warm/comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub! Inside upstairs, the living room was very inviting with comfortable furniture and easy to use TV. The kitchen and living room area was so open with plenty of room for our group. The three bedrooms were perfect for three couples, and we had plenty of space with 2 bathrooms. The beds and linens were so comfortable. Loved the ceiling fans with remotes. We especially loved the modern decor and the natural light of the house. You cannot beat this location. Just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance to many beach shops and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to The Sandbar restaurant (where we ate dinner with our feet in the sand.). Many reviews complain about an alarm on the main door but it was NOT bothersome to us. In my opinion, we had a reasonable amount of time to get in and out of the entrances without the alarms going off. Check in and out process was super easy. Entire property was clean and comfortable. This really was a dream beach house for us. I cannot say enough great things about this property. We will definitely be renting this beach house again for a longer stay! Great Stay

This was a wonderful property. It had everything we needed for our family. The hot tub was perfect, the pool was fun and just a short walk to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen large enough it was fun to cook meals several nights we were there. We loved the house and will be returning!

The house and pool were nice but alarm was horrendous

The house and pool were nice but the alarms on the doors were unbearable. Once the front door was opened you had maybe 4 seconds to close it before an ear piercing siren went off and echoed through the entire neighborhood. This happened every single time you went in and out of the house. There was no disarming it. It was incredibly inconvenient and very bothersome. The rental company will try to pass it off as a safety feature but I suspect it was to force you to keep the doors closed in an effort to keep the cool air conditioned air in the house. I would definitely not rent another house on the island that had this type of alarm on the door

Look Elsewhere or else set expectations incredibly low

Stay away from this property. I’ll keep it brief because I know that no one wants to read paragraph after paragraph. For reference, we visit AMI every year during roughly the same time. This was by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST place. Pros: - Location is great and walkable to some cool places - The pool is nice and the covered hot tub is great (even though the light didn’t work in the hot tub) Cons (where to begin): - ALARMS: Pool alarms on entry doors. You have to hit “bypass” to get through and you have roughly 8 seconds to get in and close the door. HORRIBLE for unpacking and packing. They also threaten to charge you if you tamper with them. This is TERRIBLE if you forget once or take a little too long, especially with our baby. I understand it helps with a discount for insurance, but there has to be better options out there. - LINENS: Terrible beds, linens, and towels. The booklet calls them luxury but I don’t find sandpaper and plastic to be luxury. Also, 5 towels for place that can sleep more than that? Yikes. Also, bring your own pillows unless you love neck pain. In that case, bring Advil. - BATHROOMS: There is no counter space in the bathrooms. Sinks (including kitchen) didn’t drain properly. Showers had the lowest water pressure possible. - GUEST ROOMS: Guest rooms had no mirrors for getting ready. Minimal storage for a week long rental. - LIVING ROOM: Horrible set up for any more than 3+ people. - TV/INTERNET: No real cable service; everything is streaming. Internet constantly had fluctuations. Connect to the 5G network to get faster internet. - OUTDOOR LIGHTING: Basically non-existant. They have the ability to make something nice with lights by the hot tub or the upper balcony. But they didn’t. - FLOORS: Don’t expect quiet walking around. The boards creek and sound throughout the house. For the cost, there are significantly better options on the island. Do yourself a favor and cancel this place if you have already booked it.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation at the Laguna beach house! Very clean with up to date style. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean! The black outdoor steps get very hot during the day when the sun is on them, I would recommend wearing shoes so you don’t burn your feet. There was also no hand soap or wash clothes for the kitchen so we had to purchase those things, otherwise the kitchen was well stocked.

Great Beach Bungalow with Pool

This house has soo much charm with the updates and beachy California home decor vibe. It's in an excellent location with walking distance to the beach, community center and local shops and restaurants. The 14 year olds loved the independence of riding the rental bikes on their own. The pool was a comfortable temperature. The hot tub could have been warmer. A few things that would have made the transition to vacation mode a bit smoother....the ice machine is broken and a bedroom nightstand was missing a lightbulb. After reporting these issues, the rental agency did bring a bag of ice and new bulbs. The kitchen sink disposal had a note to not use it but it worked so that was confusing. The renter's instruction book did not indicate trash days so that required another call to the rental agency. The washer and dryer could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Given COVID and claims that certain spaces are given extra attention this was disappointing to see. There was also dust and trash under the master bed including a tennis ball. Although some spaces are harder to clean, they should not be neglected. Lastly the cleaning crew arrived on our last day at the property at 9:00 am when the check out was clearly stated at 10:00 am....Although they were kind to wait, I felt that was inappropriate. A few suggestions for home improvements: more outdoor lighting around pool area. There was only one pool light and no landscape lights so it was a little dangerous walking through that space at night when coming and going. The bedrooms could use hooks on the walls to hang bath towels. The kids bedroom could use some shelving or a small bureau in closet to store clothes as there was nothing to organize clothes beside an empty closet with hangers. These are small details but by no means compromised the comfort of our stay. The negative comments are really a reflection of the below average cleaning services..not sure if this is under the supervision of the rental management agency or not.

Amazing Stay!!!

This house is amazing!! It had everything we needed and more! The hottube was the star feature since we went in December! We learned to cut it on about an hour before we wanted to get in so it would be warm at the time we got in! The contactless check in was awesome too!! No going to an office to check in and out you just show up and leave when your supposed to!!
