Attentive and friendly staff. The room was luxurious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and spotless. There is hot tea, coffee, espresso AND complimentary whisky bar! The first floor i had the comfortable feeling of home. Stairs, no elevators, to the second and third floors. The parking onsite was secure and worth the charge. We did not stay long enough to enjoy breakfast but the chef inspired options looked delightful. Will definitely stay again!

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the Naval Academy and to the State House. Great restaurants close by. Nice breakfast included. Only hesitations are that it's a bit pricey, and it was difficult to get the room temp under 68 (we were there in mid-November).

Wonderful spot right in downtown Annapolis. Understated elegance with many thoughtful touches. Comfortable bed and a surprisingly quiet room for an older house. Staff is over the top hospitable. Nice variety in breakfast menu. Avocado toast with egg delicious. Felt like you were a guest in someone’s home. Will definitely return here.

Lovely place!

Lovely room, comfy bed, great bathroom! Only complaint was that it was SO hot in the room and it was challenging to adjust that even after receiving instructions. Breakfast and coffee was excellent!
