The apartment also has a gym and a dedicated work space to fulfill all your needs. 2 parking spaces included with beautiful fenced in backyard. You'll enjoy the outdoor screen in porch and deck. There is a small shopping center with a boutique, many restaurants and a grocery and liquor store 1-2 minutes from the house or drive 10-15 minutes to visit downtown Annapolis, The United States Naval Academy ,Sandy Point State Park, and about 35 miles to Washington D.C./ Baltimore. Ewa’s basement apartment was in an absolutely beautiful location. Spacious is an understatement. The place was clean and welcoming and a great place to come back to each night while in town for a festival at Sandy Point State Park. For those looking to cook there is no stove and the fridge is small but if you are eating out and enjoying takeout or snacks this is not an issue at all. It wasn’t for us. Would love to return.
