Disappointed there was no room service. I’ve stayed at Marriott’s before and have always had a good experience until this time. People across the hallway were partying until 1 AM and I had to call the desk twice to complain. The walls are paper thin and when the next guest arrived I could hear them talking until 2 AM. This is the second time that we've stayed here in the past year and the general condition has gotten worse. The hallways were hot and humid as was the elevator. The floor indicator in the elevator wasn't working and it sounded like it needed some maintenance. The side entry door didn't close properly and wasn't latching, which presents a security issue. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, when did hand soap for the sink go away. We are returning this summer but will be staying elsewhere.

Upon arrival, we proceeded to check in and were issued our room keys. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that it did not match the accommodations we had booked. We had reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa but were instead given a much smaller room with only a king bed and no additional seating or bedding options. We returned to the front desk to address the issue and were informed that the hotel was fully booked. The staff's response was disappointing—they stated that my daughter would “just have to sleep on the floor with blankets.” This is unacceptable, particularly for an eight-night stay that was booked and paid for well in advance. The overall experience has been far from satisfactory. The hotel's appearance is underwhelming, and the atmosphere has been disruptive—on one evening, children were playing football and yelling loudly in the courtyard at 11:00 PM, requiring me to contact the front desk due to the noise. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were disappointing. The food appeared to be prepackaged and reheated items, yet it was still overpriced. It’s also worth noting that complimentary breakfast, once a staple of the Marriott brand, is no longer offered. Do better Marriott

Very nice stay with a small exceptions.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean although trash wasn't emptied prior to us being assigned to the room. Good location. Street was busy but managable to get in and out and parking was plentiful around the hotel. Breakfast was confusing as Hotels.com ad said breakfast was included but staff didn't seem aware. The problem appears to have been pvercome but I did have to aign a receipt so we'll have to see...

Excellent place to stay. Location was convenient to everything- short drive to the USNA. Facility and room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Note that if you reserved the room through a website other than Marriott’s and it said breakfast was included, you will need to tell the front desk and show them on your phone that your reservation included breakfast. They should then give you a voucher. I guess typically breakfast is not included except with some websites like Expedia, etc. Breakfast was very good with my voucher- otherwise, it would have been expensive and I would have passed.

Very disappointed that the laundry was out of service. Specifically booked this hotel because it had laundry available and I needed it based on our travel schedule. When I asked about whether the was another laundry available the front desk just said no without any other help or assistance. Also the pool was closed which was another amenity we wanted to use. Room was clean and comfortable but feel I deserve compensation for lack of promised amenities.
