Everything about our stay was perfect. The home was so well equipped and designed that we felt as if we could have stayed a month. We didn't cook and spent most of our time in the garden with the fire pit on listening to the water feature. Convenient to downtown Annapolis and close to shops and market. As a confirmed perfectionist, I give this home an A.

We had a very nice 6 night stay at this property. With a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids 10 and under, and an infant) it had the perfect amount of space and bathrooms. The location was great for us to explore Annapolis, but also meet up with family and friends in DC, Baltimore and across the Bay. Joie was extremely responsive from beginning to end and clearly cares about her guests and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this property and will definitely keep it in mind the next time we visit MD.

In Annapolis for a wedding and mini-vacation with my husband and adult daughter. This home was PERFECT! Great location, 2 parking spots, gorgeous landscaping. The interior is very nicely decorated and furnished with comfy beds, sofas and all the kitchen stuff you could ever need. The owner was so kind and responsive to a special request. I rent homes rather than hotel rooms whenever I travel and this one is definitely at the top of my best list!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! From the moment we booked to the end of our stay, everything was absolutely perfect. Our host was incredibly attentive to our needs, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The townhouse was spotless—immaculately clean inside—and provided the ideal setting for a girls’ weekend celebrating 50 years of friendship.The location couldn’t have been better: close to everything Annapolis has to offer, yet peaceful and serene. The backyard was a hidden gem, where we enjoyed watching birds, deer, and other wildlife in total tranquility.We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.

Love it here!

My family and I love staying here! It's clean, beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It's home away from home. I love all the special touches--lots of cozy blankets, the beautiful decor, the comfortable beds. And, of course, it's close to anything you want to do in Annapolis or the surrounding areas. During this stay, we were able to enjoy the patio, which was especially wonderful to be able to do in November. My favorite spot is the sitting area next to the kitchen; it's a perfect place to relax and read a book. Lastly, Joie is an absolute pleasure as a host. I can't thank her enough for how kind she was to us. We would love to stay here every time we visit Annapolis. I promise that you will not be disappointed.

Great Time at our 40th Reunion

Joie is a wonderful host!!! Communicating with her was easy & seamless, even as she was on vacation outside the US during our stay!! We attended my 40th reunion at the Naval Academy, and this location was perfect. Easy to get to, very close to grocery stores, etc, and fully stocked!! Annapolis Gem!

My son is a plebe at USNA, and so my adult children, their spouses, and I stayed at Joie's place for Plebe Parent Weekend recently. I travel a lot, and her place is honestly one of the absoute BEST vacation rentals I have ever booked over the years. First of all, the communication was fantastic. She called me beforehand to go through check-in procedures, introduce herself, and even give some helpful tips and links to nearby attractions. When we arrived I was so relieved so see how beautiful, immaculate, and clean the home was (I am a clean freak!). She clearly has spared no expense in the furnishings and amenities--it has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay! I loved that there was a second cozy tv area with a loveseat and fireplace connected to the kitchen area in addition to a spacious living room and dining room on the first floor. I plan to book Joie's home for every future group visit to Annapolis while visiting my son over the next 4 years at the Naval Academy.

This home is clean, nicely decorated and we would definitely stay here again. We loved having 3 bathrooms. With a family that is always nice to have. We really enjoyed the outside patio area. The beds were comfortable too! Communication with the host was great!

Wonderful place !

Beautifully decorated, elegant but chill, very clean and appointed. Great patio for entertaining, close to everything Annapolis has to offer. Host was outstanding, provided useful information, friendly and accessible if there were any issues (there were none). Loved our stay!
