This flat can accommodate 4 people, with its double bedroom and sofa bed. It overlooks a very quiet inner courtyard, despite being situated right on the city’s bustling high street. It is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

The bedroom has a 160x190cm bed and the living room has a sofa bed.
The flat is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.

You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains; you’ll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bicycle hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

The flat is situated in an inner courtyard. Parking is available in the secure, pay-and-display underground car park at the Post Office (approximately €11 for 24 hours).
Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 10 pm; you can check in independently using a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by email the day before your stay.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put clean crockery back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor, and empty your bins in the storage room under the stairs by the main entrance.

Pratique, mais sans plus

Un logement pratique pour profiter d'Annecy. Mais pas le grand confort, mis à part le calme la nuit et la literie. Moins bien que les photos ne laissent penser.

Bel appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé : il est à 2 pas du viel Annecy et du lac. Le parking sous terrain de la Poste à 2 minutes à pieds est très pratique (forfait 48h à 25€). La literie (lit et canapé lit) est de bonne qualité et l'appartement est spacieux. L'arrivée et le départ autonomes sont très pratiques. Je recommande ce logement.

Très bel appartement, décoré avec goût, bien équipé et bonne literie, emplacement dans le centre ville idéal pour s’y balader à pied. Parking proche , immeuble en renfoncement assez discret et sécurisé. A refaire !
