Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, it can accommodate up to 2 guests. Access to the mezzanine bed is via a fairly steep ladder, with limited headroom, so it is not recommended for young children. The sleeping area features a 140x190 bed.

Situation parfaite mais logement moyen
Notre avis sur le logement est mitigé. Il est très bien situé en plein cœur et le contact avec la conciergerie a été parfait. Mais le logement n'est pas pratique. L'accès à la chambre sous les toits est très étroite, la douche n'a pas de délimitation donc on mouille toute la salle d'eau. L'état général était correct mais le ménage et quelque détails pourraient être amélioré.
Néanmoins, nous repasserons par la conciergerie pour nos futures vacances sur Annecy, mais pas dans ce logement.
J’ai fait une location en juin de l’année 2024.
Pour la chambre, la climatisation était HS , qui est d’ailleurs à 10cm de hauteur du lit. Il faisait trop chaud, j’ai du dormir sur le canapé.
Pour la salle de bain, la peinture au plafond s'était décollée, et de la moisissure était présente sur la porte dû à l’humidité je pense.
Appartement bien placé en plein centre, mais je ne recommande pas tant que les réparations n’ont pas été effectuées.
