Great location but…

This place could use a deep clean and some updating. Kitchen appliances / accessories were not in working or nice condition, couch is quite stained, terrace not swept/cleaned, lack of toilet paper and no hand towels….the host remedied some of these issues but for the price I expected better.

Excellent place for a family vacation

Brunis home was if highest quality with many amenities-/ like washer AND dryer which is hard to find Lovely views of the canals with TJREE balconies. Super location. Thank you!

Huge apartment

Our stay was lovely. The location is wonderful. It’s an easy 8 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the lake. My only complaint is that the second shower is incredibly small. For us it was fine because we all showed in the master bathroom. However it could be awkward if it was two couples.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy

Don't miss this place! It's clean, bright, big, and beautiful. The three balconies with an amazing view of the river and the mountains are an absolute joy and where we spent most of our time when we were in the apartment. It's perfectly located, right next to the old town with easy access to restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. The check-in process was super easy, and Philippe gave us all sorts of good recommendations for where to go and what to do. If we come back to Annecy, we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment in Annecy with view of chateau

This is a fabulous apartment and photos do not do it justice, both inside the apartment and the views of the castle and mountains from the balconies. We loved staying here — very clean and the location was perfect. Near old town but still in a quiet spot right on the canal. Philippe was very helpful and friendly getting us checked in and explaining everything about the apt and location and places to eat. We loved it! Our only suggestion is to sharpen the kitchen knives. :)

EMPLACEMENT TOP

Accueil parfait dans un appartement (au 4° avec ascenseur), clair, propre, spacieux, frais même si canicule à l'extérieur, et où tout est bien pensé. Une vue superbe sur le Thiou et le château, tout à l'abri sur les 3 balcons ! Manque peut être quelques saladiers (surtout en été) et pas de parking (parking Sainte Claire 45 € à 2 mn) L'emplacement est top, on descend et à 50 mètres en longeant le Thiou, le marché des mardi, jeudi et samedi en pleine vieille ville , le lac un peu plus loin. Avons passé une semaine topissima :)

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Très bien situé, spacieux, confortable et bien aménagé. Cependant, nous avons constaté un problème de ventilation dans les pièces d'eau et la cuisine (problème de VMC et odeur désagréable). Les équipements de cuisines sont au strict nécessaire. Il manque également une attention d'accueil ce que l'on trouve généralement à ce niveau de tarif (spécialité de pays) même s'il était prévu quelques dosettes de café.
