Nécessité d'entretenir le feu. Rez: Cuisine habitable (sans lave-vaisselle), cuisinière à plaque vitrocéramique et fourneau à bois, machine à café Nespresso. Réduit de stockage, local technique avec réfrigérateur. Salle de bain avec cabine de douche, lavabo, WC. Chambre avec canapé-lit convertible (140x200). Rez-supérieur: Séjour et coin bureau.
