Harbourside is a lovely three bedroom double upper apartment, centrally positioned on the harbourfront of the traditional fishing village of St Monans. With three bedrooms, it is a lovely family home or ideal location for a getaway by the sea with friends. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from lounge, bedrooms and upper seating area- the perfect spot to pass the time with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Tastefully decorated to provide a comfortable and welcoming home for the whole family Harbourside is a charming home and is well suited for up to six guests. External stairs to the rear of the building lead to the entrance hall on the first floor. The lounge with sea views has a fireplace, wide selection of games, books and DVDs and a dining area. Off the lounge is the compact but well equipped kitchen, ideal for trying out the abundance of local produce from nearby suppliers. The twin room, first double room and shower room complete the first floor. Stairs lead to the upper level where there is a seating area to make the most of the views, a second shower room and the second double bedroom. The quaint picture window gives a glimpse to the sea from your pillow- a wonderful sight to wake up to! Parking is on street, and there is a useful utility room and store at ground level, kitted out with buckets and spades and with plenty space to store bikes and golf clubs. The renowned East Pier Smokehouse is directly opposite the property and the coastal path is on the doorstep. Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement and will love the area just as much as their owners! If your group is larger, we also manage the lower property, East Pier View, so could accommodate up to eight guests between the two properties, do get in touch for details.
