Beware if you are driving - the hotel MUST sign you in if you are not arriving between the hours of 7-12 in the morning. We weren’t told about this and it made our arrival horrible. Our room, in the hotel’s annex was so noisy it was impossible to sleep, absolutely dreadful - it was relatively quiet between 4-6am. While the building is beautiful, the staff seem stressed and the noise is horrendous!

Zimmerreinigung solala, bei Anreise schon alte Flecken und verschmutzt. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut, Abendessen gegenüber im Restaurant. Die Abendkarte ändert sich nicht und ist auch nicht wirklich mit Liebe zubereitet. Der Burger und der Fisch waren okay, der Rest eher geschmacksneutral (Nudeln/Hackbällchen/Suppe/Salat hatten wir auch gegessen). Personal war hilfsbereit, allerdings mussten wir für eine zweite Bettdecke zweimal nachfragen.

Super schönes und toll gelegenes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Wir waren insgesatm 10 Tage im Hotel und haben deshalb ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Das Hotel ist jedoch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.. das WC hielt sich nicht mehr wirklich in der Halterung und die Dusche lief stark aus bzw. war nicht dicht. Ebenfalls sind die Fenster ziemlich dünn - es ist relativ laut am Abend/in der Nacht (Bars, Clubs ums Hotel). Ich bin auch etwas entäuscht betreffend der Sauberkeit.. die weissen Socken waren schlussendlich schwarz und der Boden klebte bzw. es war ein Film auf dem Boden. Ebenfalls musste ich jeden Tag darauf hinweisen, dass die Tücher ausgewechselt werden sollen. Das Buffet am Morgen war tiptop :) Würde für einen kurze n Aufenthalt dennoch wieder kommen.

Das Zimmer war hervorragend Aber der zimmerservice lässt zu wünschen übrig Es fehlte an allen Kosmetik Produkten Der Fön funktionierte sehr und bis der Techniker kam war nachmittags und ich habe 3 x angerufen Der Abfall Eimer wurde nicht geleert Es fehlt eingeschaltet eine Gouvernante die das Zimmer kontrolliert Wir kennen das Hotel von vielen Besuchen unter Leitung des früheren Chefs da wäre so was nicht vorgekaut Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen, da uns dieses Hotel sehr gut gefällt und die Lage sehr gut ist Ich hoffe unter dieser neuen Leitung wird es nicht noch schlechter

horrible..

Honestly probably the worst.. we had the family suit it was one of the last “villas”. For a family villa (knowing we have a baby of 15months) odd to give a room with the biggest stairs.. it was not advertised as such. Music playing loud until 2:30 in the morning from Thursday to Sunday .. cleaners never came until we asked and when they came they just cleaned a mirror and pretended to broom the floor. Didn’t mop, didn’t change the sheets in the 5 nights we were there (our sheets smelled like grown man sweat), garbage outside of the room consistently, I found an old used baby bottle under the couch, & much more. The coffee table was completely broken. No silverware or cook wear although there is a full size kitchen.. when bringing this to the attention of the front desk staff they brushed it off like “what can we do about it”. The breakfast is the only decent thing about this hotel but that being said the restaurant was always packed the staff would take ages to clean up the plates from previous guest’s.. anyway so many things to mention but these are the most.

It was a beautiful hotel with historic features (statues, old Roman relics, etc) located in the centre of the Old Town. However, the service and restaurant were disappointing for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of local options however the service was slow or nonexistent. There was enjoyable live music most nights however if you plan on a early night then it may not be for you

Suit oda almıştım fakat otele geldiğimde suit oda hala temizleniyor diye çok daha güzel bir oda verdiler. Kahvaltı açık büfe yeterli, konfor ve temizlikte gayet güzeldi, ben Kemer den kafa dinlemek için 2 günlüğüne geldim ancak 1 hafta bile güzel tatil yapılabilecek bir yer, konumu zaten tam Kaleiçinin içinde. Otel personeline gelince, özellikle garsonlar genç öğrenci çoğu ve resepsiyonda da zaman zaman çok iyi ilgi alaka görebilir veya bazen yoğunlarsa pek yüzünüze bile bakılmadığı anlar olabilir, sonuçta burası 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil ve günümüz şartlarında o sıcağın altında çalışmalarına rağmen bence çalışanlarda gayet iyiydi ben her açıdan memnun kaldım, zaten tatildesiniz ufak tefek şeylere takılmayın derim genel hatlarıyla 10/10 ağırlandığımı hissettim, otel yönetimine teşekkür ederim, Kemerden kaleiçine geldiğimde uğrak noktam olacak

We enjoyed our stay at Alp Pasa Hotel, you can use their swimming pool from the hotel across as well. It was a pleasant stay. The location was great. The only thing is that the staff should pay more attention before signing off the room to guests and check all appliances and equipment. The fridge wasnt really working, one of the shower door was off and one was stuck. They came to fix right after so it was fine.
