We had a great stay in Kaş. The apartment was very nice for 4 people and had everything needed in the kitchen and laundry. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything is walking distance from the building. The manager was very responsive and addressed some concerns we had very quickly and was very nice about it.

overall it is great, we share two bedrooms and one living room, the living room is clean and big enough,balcony is beautiful that have great ocean view. host help us booking taxi to Bodrum, that wawonderful. not too far from city center, easy to walk to the coast.The washing machine, kitchen and refrigerator are all in place. We didn't cook, but if we come to Kas again, we'll use the kitchen.

Temizlik konusunda yeterli değil, mutfağı hiç bir şekilde kullanamadık, başta kettle olmak üzere pek çok malzemenin değişmesi şart. Banyonun da yenilenmesi gerekiyor, tuvalet kağıdı eksik/yetersiz, misafir aayısına göre banyo malzemesi yetersiz, kanepe hijyen değil, yetkiliyi görmeniz şans, dış kapı sürekli açık (bir taş ile açık bırakılıyor), 7 gece konaklıyorsunuz sadece 1 kez temizlik hakkınız var, onda da anahtarı kapıda bırakmışlar!

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Der Check Out und Check In war unkompliziert. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht an und abgereist. Das hatte ich per Nachricht übermittelt. Der Schlüssel würde uns bereit gelegt und zur Abreise konnten wir ihn einfach in der Tür lassen. Das Apartment war mit einer Küche inkl. Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gab ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, sowie eine Couch und Fernseher im Hauptraum. Das Bad war sauber. Es gab eine kleine Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, rauchen und Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Zum Hafen waren es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur Innenstadt 5 Minuten. Bars und Restaurants gibt es in direkter Umgebung. Zwei Straßen unter dem Apartment gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk, wo Lebensmittel gekauft werden können. Neben dem Kiosk ist win Bankautomat, um Geld abzuheben. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Kızkardeşimle 9 gün konakladık, oda fotoğraftaki gibi, zemin, eşyalar yeni ve temizdi. Ancak rezervasyonu çok önceden yapıp ödemeyi de peşin göndermiştim, sitenizden giriş üstü ve 2 ayrı yataklı oda diye belirtmeme rağmen gittiğimizde bize zemin kattan yani -1 den , duşakabinin içi küf olan bir oda verdiler. başka odamız yok diye. resepsyondaki bayanı bir tek girerken gördük, sonrasında kimse yoktu. size istediğinizden daha büyük bir oda verdik vs diye saçma sapan, basit bir tezgahtarlık mantığıyla zemin kat bir odaya yerleştirdiler. konum tüm kaşta olduğu gibi yokuşyukarı, plaja 3 dk yazıyor ama o da gerçekçi değil. mutfaktaki tencere tava çok pis ve eskiydi. çıkış yaparken bile kimse yoktu, anahtarı resepsyonun kapısına asıp çıktık. ancak giderken banyo için kusura bakmayın , bi dahakine telafi edeceğiz vs. diye mesaj geldi. ben memnun kalmadım. markete vs. de yakın değil, bir tek şok market telefonla sipariş getiriyordu, odada çok vakit geçirmedim, ilk defa peşin ödedim bir odayı, onda da böyle nasıl olsa ödemiş kafasında bir yaklaşımla karşılaştım. önceden bilgi verilmeliydi, fiyat farkı da ödeyebilirdim. hiç ses çıkarmadan gelince başka oda yok diye küflü banyoyu verip , konaklama bitince özür dileriz, bi dahakine telafi ederiz yaklaşımı saçma. bir dahaki olmayacak zaten.

11 günlük tatilimin sadece 1 gününde otelde konaklama yapacaktım. O bir gün için de bu oteli seçtim ancak yaşatmış oldukları hizmet deneyimi tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Öncelikle otel odaları temiz ve şık bir görünüme sahipti onu söylemeden edemeyeceğim fakat otel odasında bulunması gereken sabun, şampuan vb. gibi araç gereçler koyulmamıştı. Bunun yanı sıra daha yüksek bir ücret ödediğimiz daha üst bir segment oda yerine daha ucuz bir odada kalmak durumunda kaldık. Ayrıca daha önceden belirtmiş olduğumuz isteğe göre nevresimler hazırlanmamış, yataklar ayarlanmamıştı. Yani kısaca bir yatakta yatıyor oluşumuzun haricinde beni otelde hissettirecek hiçbir etmen yoktu. Tüm bunlara rağmen geceyi kurtarmak adına değişiklik yapılabilmesi için durumu ileteceğimiz bir resepsiyonist aradık ancak oda yerinde yoktu, resepsiyonun herhangi bir yerinde resepsiyoniste ulaşabileceğimiz bir numara da yoktu. Ertesi gün konuyla ilgili otel sahibiyle iletişime geçtiğimizde neden sizi aradığımız numaradan bizimle iletişime geçmediniz diyerek bu dediklerinizi demeye hakkınız yok, iletişime geçmiş olsaydınız yardımcı olurduk dedi ve kaş bölgesinde bir kaç tane oteli olduğuna yönelik bilgi paylaşımında bulunarak sanki siz benim tekrar elime düşersiniz şeklinde tehdit etti. Halbuki biz sadece paramızın karşılığında almamız gereken standard bir hizmeti almak istemiştik. Sadece bu deneyimi paylaşabilmek adına üyelik açtım. Çünkü mağdur olan biziz ne enteresandır ki tehdit edilen de biziz...

Her Şey Çok Güzeldi

Toplamda 5 gün kaldık ve bu sürede her türlü ihtiyacımızla ilgilendi otel sahibi. Çok memnun kaldık. Bahçe katında olduğumuz için bahçede masamız bile vardı. Eşyaların eski olabileceğinden korkmuştuk ama her şey çok yeniydi. Tekrar Kaş'a gitsek yine aynı yerde kalmak isteriz.
