The room was amazing and cleaned daily. The heated pool was great. The staff were friendly. The hotel is definitely worth the extra for the quality for food and drinks is better than most of the other hotels we have stayed in a few. The hotel runs daily activities for all ages. The best staff of all Kundu hotels, love this place. We have stayed in just about all Kundu hotels and the staff is just well trained and friendly. Food is great, extra restaurants and the chill adult area on the beach is great.

All the staff were attentive and helpful. We had a very enjoyable holiday. The food and drinks were of good quality. The only negative thing to mention is that you can wait in long lines for food and drinks during busy periods. However, this wasn't a problem for us. My 5-year-old son had a lot of fun. I would like to thank the Kids Club staff and the reception staff separately.
