Diamond Luxury Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, elegance, and top-tier service. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience is polished and relaxing. Not only did Nazli's friendly demeanor make the check-in process smooth, but she also checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. The room was so dirty there were hair on bed, pillows and even in the wardrobe, there was no hand wash and toilet tissues. The receptionist lady was polite and the other guy who was shadowing her, was too rude when I complained about the room.
