Der Eingang war nicht ersichtlich. Auch die nötigen Zugangs Codes waren nicht vorhanden. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit einem Vertreter ( nicht dem Vermieter ) hat es meine Familie dann in das richtige Apartment geschafft. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich auch niemanden erreicht wenn ich nicht die Möglichkeit gehabt hätte von meiner deutschen Nummer zu telefonieren. Wir hatten es für einen ganzen Monat gebucht da wir nicht wussten wann es wieder Flüge zurück in das Heimatland meiner Familie gab. Zum Glück konnte es schon nach ein paar Tagen wieder zurück gehen. Ich habe mich direkt gemeldet und um eine teilerstattung gebeten da meine Familie nur einige Tage in dem Apartment war. Mir wurde gesagt mein Anliegen würde weitergeleitet. Danach konnte ich niemanden mehr erreichen und habe keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Keinerlei Verständnis oder Mitgefühl für unsere schwierige Situation. Hauptsache die eigenen Taschen sind voll.
