Walls are a bit thin cause of pure isolation, so other loudy guests next door did not let me sleep first night till 04:00 oclock, they are being warned but they went on making loud talk. i explained this to reception next morning and they immidiately changed my room for second night gave better privacy room, They acted very Professional thats why i give 4 stars, for the price hotel was quite ok, Location is next to the city Tram which has direct Connection to airport or bus Station of Antalya. Easy Access to the aminities and one big shopping mall. i could recomend for a short stay who needs to be at that Location.

Booked 3 rooms here for 4 nights. The walls are like paper thin, you can literally hear people breathing. Unfortunately for us, our neighbors were all nighters. Constant noise. We complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Rooms were very small. Cold breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend for families as there isn’t much space to move around. Property is walking distance to the main shopping mall, which was a plus.

The hotel was good based on the price , however, we had two problem related to the voices like literally you can hear everyone in other rooms. Second, the room was clean but the shower place wasn’t that much like you can notice the dirty spots in the corner . The woman in the reception is super nice and helpful. However, we planned a trip with the agency that they are working with. We were cleaning them and ready since the morning. But they left without waiting for us . The receptionist guy didn’t do anything to help us and the agency refused to pick us again and when contacted them directly they blocked us. My plan for my last day to get a diving trip was ruined .

The room was not well maintained whatsoever. The fridge didn't work, the phone didn't work, there were patio doors in each room, one which couldn't be locked and the other where the lock barely worked. The staff did what he could to try and help fix things but he unfortunately could not address it all which was a safety concern with an unlocked patio door to our kids room. They did not have another comparable room to switch us to. Not impressed.

Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Zunächst die positiven Aspekte: Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Personal durchweg freundlich und der Preis insgesamt angemessen. Leider gab es auch einige deutliche Kritikpunkte: Unser Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, gerade noch akzeptabel. Das Frühstück kann man sich aus unserer Sicht sparen. Zudem sind die Wände extrem hellhörig. Man hört praktisch alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Die Balkontür war undicht und ließ sich nur mit großem Kraftaufwand richtig schließen. Außerdem konnte man sie nicht abschließen, sodass theoretisch ein Nachbar über den Balkon Zugang zum Zimmer hätte. Die Gegend wirkt zwar insgesamt relativ sicher, dennoch ist das ein klarer Mangel. Besonders kritisch: Nachdem wir darum gebeten hatten, das Zimmer zu reinigen, kamen wir zurück und stellten fest, dass die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen war. Theoretisch hätte jeder Zutritt gehabt. Insgesamt besteht hier aus unserer Sicht deutlicher Investitionsbedarf seitens der Hotelbetreiber.

Bu otelde konaklamak gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Şehir merkezine oldukça yakın; yürüme mesafesinde her yere ulaşmak çok kolaydı. Çevrede yeme-içme mekanları da oldukça çeşitli ve pratikti — hem yerel lezzetleri keşfetmek hem de hızlı bir kahve molası vermek için ideal. Otel personeli çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Her sorumuza sabırla yanıt verdiler ve samimi bir yaklaşım sergilediler, bu da konaklamamızı çok daha konforlu hâle getirdi. Otelin atmosferi sakin ve huzurluydu; hem kafanı dinlemek hem de şehir turuna çıkmak için çok uygun bir denge sunuyor. Hotelz uygulamasında otelim otoparkı olduğu yazıyor ama yoktu. Otele bu durumu söylediğimizde uygulamanın yazdığını söyledi yani hotels le ilgili sıkıntıymış bu tarz yalanlar. Otel aşırı konforsuz, bir ek yastık bile yok el sabunu konmamış yataklar aşırı konforsuz kahvaltı çok kötü çalışanlar çok avam asla gitmeyin

Banyoda ve banyonun açıldığı odada havalandırma yoktu, pencereler de açılmıyordu. Bu sebeple havasızdı. Klima zaman zaman arıza vererek duruyordu. Tanıtımında otopark var yazılmasına rağmen otopark yoktu, ama yol park etmeye uygundu. Otel temizdi ve kahvaltısı iyiydi.
