The only good thing I’ve find in this hotel was just the breakfast buffet. But rating my stay it was an awful experience… Starting day1 the AC at my room was making a funny loud sound.. went to raise the issue to the reception and all I get was a cold reply “ sorry to hear that the technician I am afraid has left, maybe tonight you don’t need it as it’s cold.. what’s funny it was a 18degree night.. decided no drama as was my day and I was tired from my long journey I had to come to Turkey. The next day at 6am before I’ve left for my day trip.. ive spoke to the reception again about the issue of the AC. They answered don’t worry will it be fixed.. come back at 8pm after a long day got to the room realise the AC was not fixed… went down to complain this time as I was not looking forward to stay another night in a boiling room, ask the receptionist that was unacceptable that nothing was done while I wasn’t here when I’ve asked to have a different room.. her reply was “why didn’t you asked yesterday for a different room” upon hearing that I was shocked my reply was you guys never offered a new room you asked me to deal with the heat as for them was not a hot night.. then her reply was “whatever I will give you a new room go and check if you are happy with that..” hearing this I was too tired to argue back to her manner of giving cold reply… decided to go back and get my stuff to move to the next room… Reading the reviews I thought this hotel was a friendly hotel, but wasn’t.

Great stay at Start Otel! We had a one day trip to Antalya and picked Start since it was on the pickup list for the cable car tour. We arrived late and the staff was great. The checking was quick and the room spacious. The breakfast was amazing! When it was time to head back to the airport, the staff assisted us with getting a taxi for a cheap rate.

Located in the Centre and next to the tram stop easy to get to and from the Airport. Hotel was clean but the lifts were playing up.if they can please get them fixed. That was the only issue I had.

We stayed in a triple room for 4 nights. Staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location by tram perfect for airport transfer and walking to old town, beach and marina. Bathroom: shower flooded floor, hair dryer over heated and stopped working. Room not clean. Dusty and unkept. No safe. Hotel needs overall refresh. Overall it is a budget hotel so don’t have high expectations. Good location.
