Great appartement!

We staid in the appartement for a week in July 2018, with our family with three kids. It is a great appartement, with excellent location. Everything regarding the rental went very smooth. The complex as has a general cool air system that does not work. However, this appartement has a separat A/C unit in the living room that cools down the appartement to a comfortable level.

Zustand recht schlecht

Eine recht nette ruhige Anlage, man kommt auf das Gelände nur mit einem Schlüssel überhaupt (ca. 30 Stk 3- bis 9-stöckige Gebäude sind da umzäunt). Das Haus selbst hat 3 Stockwerke, wobei die Wohnung befindet sich im oberen ohne Vordach. Man kommt mit einem Aufzug nach oben. Im Haus sind die meisten Einheimische, aber auch Touristen dabei. Nun zu der Wohnung selbst. Großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Kücheninsel (Halbinsel genau genommen). An der Mikrowelle fehlt der Einschaltknopf, der Hausmeister meinte, ist ok so, man müsse lediglich mit dem Finger rein und direkt an der Platte den Knopf betätigen (was wenn man feuchte Hände hat?). Rexht wenig Besteck, auch keine einzige Schalle dabei, Messer und Schäler ultra stumpf. Das Schlimmste war das Kochen auf dem Induktionsherd. Haben Sie jemals versucht, in einer total deformierten Bratpfanne etwas zuzubereiten? Sehr schwierig war das Kochen und immer angebraten waren die Gerichte. Solches Geschirr mit verwölbten Böden gehört seit Jahren in den Müll. Schämen soll man sich dafür! Nun kommen wir zu einem spannenden Moment, nämlich Klima, Luftfilter. Alleinige Katastrophe. Der Hausmeister sagte es sei kein Problem, obgleich auf der Belüftungsanlage angezeigt wird, bitte Filter reinigen oder ersetzen. Ich erspare unappetittliche Details wie es aussah, Fotos habe ich. Ein Allergiker (Staub) wie ich würde in solcher Wohnung leiden. Katastrophe wie gesagt.Nun komme ich zu der Reinigung, denn für diese werden 120 Euro kassiert. Offensichtlich davor hat man länger nicht gereinigt, alle Wasserabflüsse bis auf die Toilette und Küche waren komplett dicht. Hausmeister hat recht lange gebraucht, um alle Abflüsse klar zu machen (als Schüssel für den unmöglich viel vom herausgekommenen und übel riechenden Dreck hat er ganz brav einen der Töpfe aus der Küche benutzt, wir haben es nachher nicht mehr benutzt).Die Armatur in der Dusche, Spülbecken, Küche sieht mitgenommen aus, wir haben selbst in Carrefour ein Reinigungsmittel geholt und sauber gemacht, sonst zu eklig. Klimaanlage ging, wobei dreckig auch, ähnlich wie die o.g. Lüftungsfilter. Auf dem Balkon ist ein großer Sonnenschirm, das war jedoch kaputt, dank dem Hausmeister war es repariert, nach dem wir es gemeldet haben. Stühle sahen auf dem Balkon ziemlich mitgenommen aus, bequem sitzen-Fehlanzeige! Spät-Checkin kostet 50 Euro extra ;( Fazit: das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. 4400 Euro für zwei Wochen in dem Zustand ist viel zu teuer-mindestens 30% zu viel !

Beautiful apartment and location

Beautiful location and a really good apartment. Very nice pool area, garden and close to the beach. Some initial issues with the cleaning but this was solved quickly, with a very good communication with the owner.

Spacieux appartement bien situé

Appartement agréable dans une très belle propriété bien entretenue et sécurisée. Grande piscine très appréciable et pas du tout bondée même en plein mois d’août. L’appartement est très bien situé. Les plages et l’animation de Juan les pins sont accessibles à pied. Pour notre part, nous sommes allés à Antibes en vélo. Pour que tout soit parfait, l’appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.
