It is in a luxury residence, secure with caretaker (day and night), ideally located, in the heart of a sought after and quiet area of Juan-les-Pins. Landscaped gardens and an outdoor swimming pool monitored from May to October (accessible with an electronic key) decorate the residence.
Your future pied-a-terre for your vacation is located Chemin de Tanit, halfway between the beaches of Antibes & Juan-les-Pins (700m, barely 10 minutes by walking). You will find yourself (all on foot also) only 1 / 4h from Vieil Antibes, 5 mins from all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, press, etc.).

Antibes / Juan-les_Pins, located in the Baie des Anges, is the ideal starting point to get to Cannes, Grasse, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Nice, Saint-Tropez & Monaco by boat or car. You can also walk in the hinterland, the Mercantour is 3 / 4h drive.

With a 15m2 terrace, with blinds, electric shutters, accessible independently from the bedroom and the living room, with 2 deckchairs, table and furniture (table & chairs), opening onto a patio with well-kept wooded gardens, birds, squirrels .

The apartment will also appeal to young parents, it includes a folding bed with mattress (mattress pad & fitted sheet provided), a cane stroller and a high chair.

You will have access to a garage in the basement of the residence, precious in the area. Free wifi access.

Cleaning and linen (bath towels & bed linen) are included in the rental price.
We can also provide you with beach towels (€ 5 for the duration of your stay, per person, payable locally). Please let us know when you make your reservation.

Arrival between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. (if necessary, + later, for a surcharge). The departure (with the inventory) can be made between 7 and 11h.
