    Wonderful! Clean and in a historic part of town with many sites to see within close walking distance. No shortage of restaurants in the area. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

    Great location and value

    Check in was a breeze. Michiel even sent the entry code earlier than check in time which was great. Place was clean and comfortable. For those complaining about the noise, they must not live in a city. Bakery downstairs was not loud as people made it out to be and even had the added benefit of making the floor nice and warm. So many great restaurants and bars close by. No need for ubers. Would come again.

    Great stay in Antwerp

    The flat fit our expectation - all in what should be in. Perfect location in the heart of Antwerp, just all around the corner including bike sharing, laundry, bars, restaurants and sightseeing. Easy and prompt communication and answers to all questions

    Die Altstadt von Antwerpen ist sehr schön

    Die zentrale Lage ist wirklich super. Der beworbene Blick auf die Kathedrale entpuppte sich als Blick auf den Turm der Kathedrale, wenn man in der Küche aus dem oberen Teil des Fensters schaut. Die Terrasse ist eine kleine Dachfäche die allenfalls zum Rauchen zu gebrauchen ist und in meinen Augen nicht beworben werden dürfte. Sehr angenehm sind die beiden Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig und die darunter gelegene Bäckerei ab 4 Uhr aktiv (zum Glück nur von Mi-Sa). Die Bodenfliesen im sanierungsbedürftigen dunklen Treppenhaus sind alle lose und ein Teil des Geländers aus der Wand gerissen. Der Teppich auf den Treppenstufen ist extrem abstoßend. Pro Gast wurde uns ein beflecktes weißes Badehandtuch für die ganze Woche zur Verfügung gestellt. Statt Backofen gibt es nur eine Mikrowelle. Ein Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden und auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr reduziert. Zusammenfassend mußten wir leider feststellen, dass die Wohnungsbeschreibung sehr geschönt ist und viele kleine Dinge erneuert werden müssten.

    Wochenendaufenthalt

    Trotz der insgesamt guten Bewertung möchten wir noch folgendes anmerken: Tolle Lage im Zentrum, die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zur ruhigen Seite hinaus. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, von unten sind die Geräusche der Backstube zu hören, von oben und aus dem Treppenhaus ist jeder Schritt und auch laute Gespräche sind deutlich vernehmbar. (Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen!) Die ohnehin sehr schmale und steile Treppe ist zur Zeit nicht durchgehend mit einem Handlauf gesichert, was bereits am 4. Mai 2024 von anderen Gästen bemängelt wurde. Ausstattung: Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn pro Person noch ein zusätzliches Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt würde. Auch in der Küche wäre mindestens ein zweites Handtuch sinnvoll. Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im Bad müsste überprüft werden, er ist schwer zu bedienen! Mit den Betten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

    Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Die Wohnung ist super, sehr zentral. Zu bemängeln wären ein paar Punkte zum einen das Treppengeländer kommt aus der Wand. Das ist ein Schreckensmoment, wenn man das erste Mal die Treppe hinauf geht. In der Wohnung fehlte im Bad der Toilettenpapierhalter und Halter für die Handtücher. In der Küche kam uns gleich die erste Schranktür unter der Spüle entgegen. Geschirr und Besteck könnte mehr vorhanden sein. Aus der Wohnung könnte man mehr machen, da ansonsten sehr schön ist.

    Location in city centre was perfect. More than enough space in bedrooms and livingroom. It was cosy and everything we needed was there. Netflix was a bonus. There was some noice from the neighbours which was a pity but did not ruin our pleasure
